Corosteel Product Description
Corosteel sectional overhead doors are cost-effective, neat and functional. They are ideal for factories requiring motorised entrance doors, large complexes looking for easy, quick door operation and entrances to parking garages. Made from corrosion resistant 0.8 mm galvanised steel, Corosteel is able to withstand industrial abuse and damaged sections are easily replaced. The panels are rolled into two 225 mm high panels that are joined together by means of steel intermediates to for a 450 mm panel. These panels can be powder coated to blend into any home, offering industrial strength to a residential application.

They are neat and functional all-purpose doors. The corrosion resistant steel withstands industrial use. Damaged sections are easily replaced.
The door panels are manufactured from horizontally galvanised steel, roll-formed to a Coroma profile of 225 mm by 0.8 m gauge material. Two modules are riveted together to form one 450 mm high section.
The panels can be insulated using 25 mm expanded polyurethane material including aluminium backing plate for superior temperature and sound control.
Doors can be punched to incorporate vision panels and ventilation holes.
Corosteel doors are galvanised and powder coated in a wide selection of colours.
The doors are fitted with Coroma manufactured tracks, hinges and fittings in galvanised steel for corrosion resistance and long, trouble free service.
The doors are custom crafted to suit openings up to a maximum of 2.2 m wide by 2.5 m high, but can be made up to double door widths and abnormal heights ranging as far as 2.2 m wide by 5 m high. A Neoprene bottom gasket seals and protects the door from shock.
